Q. Can I buy a weekend camping ticket? A. Yes you can, you can purchase this from the official Skylark Showground ticket office website. The price for this is £20 per person online & £25 if you are purchasing the ticket over the festival days. Q. Can I come to the event for just one day? A. Yes you can, our daily ticket prices are £6 per adult, £3 under 14's & under 5's are free per day (10 am - 5pm)! you can purchase these tickets on the gate over the festival days (Saturday/ Sunday, 10am - 5pm). Q. What are the concessions for tickets? A. Exhibitors wishing to camp or wanting to come just for the day can now get into the festival for FREE (If they are bringing their bike or truck into the festival to display to the public). It is free entry for these exhibitors if arriving on the Friday from 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday has to be before 9 am & on the Sunday it has to be before 9 am also. If arriving later than these times you will not be allowed to exhibit (But still can come as a memeber of the public but at public prices). Q. When I have purchased my tickets what do I do next? A. When you have purchased them they will arrive in the post within 10 days as a wrist band & as a letter. Please keep hold of just the wrist band & keep it safe & then bring it with you when you are traveling down to the festival, the wristband is your admittance! If you loose it it cannot be resent so keep it safe! Wristbands must be worn at all times at the festival! Q. I think I may have bought tickets from a scam website can we help? A. We can only advise you to contact your credit card company & try & ask their help in getting your money back. We advise you to only buy from our ticket office website www.skylarkshowground-tickets.co.uk Q. My wristband has broken by no fault of my own, what can we do about this? A. Unfortunately postage can go wrong & items can get damaged in the post, please call us directly on 01354 740873 & ask for the festival director(s) we can then advise you on the best corse of action to get you admitance into the festival. Q. What happens if some of the line - up changes at the festival can I get my money back? A. Unfortunately not, the line – up is not subject to change what so ever, but sometimes it does happen due to illness or unforeseen circumstances within bands & performing acts, all we can do is try & provide everything we advertise to you the public to the best of our abilities.
