Cooking & Campfires Q. Can I bring my own campfire/ have a campfire & also can I have an outside BBQ? A. No, due to fire hazards we cannot permit this. Site Cleanliness Q. What are the issues with rubbish? A. Bins will located around the site please use them a large majority of them will be located near the catering wagons. Q. Will there be wash facilities on site? A. Yes there will be toilets & showers these will be clearly marked on the festivals map in the brochure issued on the three days of the festival! In Case Of A Fire Q. Where are the fire points located on the sight? A. The fire points will be clearly marked on the festivals map in the brochure issued on the three days of the festival! Q. What do I do in case of a fire? A. We recommend you not to tackle the fire yourself. Alert a member of staff or call 999 (The fire brigade will be located on the site). Leave all of your belongings & then head straight to one of the entrance gates located on the site marked on the festivals map, these are where the fire congregation points are. Electricity Outlets Q. Will there be electricity outlets for the campers to use? A. There will not be an electricity outlet for you to use, we suggest that if you need electricity, to bring your own generators. Security/ My Personal Belongings Q. What happens if some of my personal belongings go missing or are stolen? A. We will not be held liable for any items that go missing or are stolen. We suggest you keep all of your expensive belongings & things that are dear to you on you. Arrival At The Festival Q. Where are the camping areas? A. The camping areas can be located on the festivals map marked by “Camping Area” in the brochure that will be issued to you upon arrival. Q. Can I park my vehicle directly next to my tent? A. Yes you can, there will be sprayed areas marked on the ground. You will be allowed one pitch/ marked area per tent & the available space within that pitch marked area for aproxamately two vehicles, please travel down in large groups in as few cars as possible. Due to health & safety reasons & foreseeable traffic problems please keep vehicle movement to a minumum when entering & exiting the site over the festival hours between: 7pm - 12pm Friday, 10am - 5pm & 7pm - 12pm Saturday + Sunday. Q. If I have got a campervan/ caravan can I park it in the event camping field areas? A. Yes you can, it will be clearly marked on the festivals map & brochure where you are allowed to park. Q. Can I camp next to my vehicle(s) if I am exhibiting at the show? A. Yes you can, it will be clearly marked on the festivals map in the brochure where you are allowed to park & camp. During the festival you are more than welcome to move your exhibit(s) to the rings or other areas over the festival days * Ring times will be displayed in the brochure, just visit the "Exhibitor Tent" first marked on the map (Inside the brochure) to book what you are exhibiting in to the ring! * Please keep all other vehicle movement that is not exhibiting to a minimum over the festival hours/ days!
